Getting Your Nano 7 Setup with UHF Radios
Getting your Nano 7 setup is a piece of a cake. In this guide, we are going to show you how to get your Nano 7 paired and setup over an unknown point.
To begin, choose the Select Instrument option.
Within the Instrument Profile menu, select the Add Profile option.
In the New Instrument Profile menu, and select the GNSS Reference option.
Ensure that the Make and Model are set to TokNav and T10 Pro. Give the Profile an appropriate name.
Once the settings are correct, select the Create option.
With the Profile created, select the Setup Communication option.
In the Communication menu, ensure the Connection Type is set to Bluetooth.
Once selected, choose the Search option.
Once the search is complete, select the Bluetooth option with the same name as the Serial Number on the bottom of the receiver.
With the connection established, select the Connect option.
Once the Bluetooth connection has completed, select the Setup Tolerance option.
For most applications, the default Tolerance Settings are perfect. Select Ok to proceed.
With the Tolerance Settings confirmed, select the Set Up Antenna Height option.
Within the resulting menu, select the proper Measure Point and enter the Measured Height.
The measure point will vary based on the make and model of your receiver. For the proper measure point, please refer to the appropriate cheat sheet or the user manual of your receiver.
Once finished, select the OK option.
With the HI confirmed, select the next option, Set Up Reference Position.
Next, ensure that the Observe option is selected. This will allow you to take an average of observations to use as the base position.
To begin observing points, select the Start option. This will immediately begin averaging observations.
When the number of observations you desire has been reached, press the Stop option.
Next, select the Done option to complete the setup.
With the position set, it is now time to setup the corrections broadcast. Select the Set Up Corrections option.
Within the Corrections Menu, select your preferred communication method. Once selected, press Start Transmitting.
