S631: Programming the Internal Radio

How Do I Edit My Frequencies?

Changing your frequencies is relatively straight forward. In order to update the firmware, you will need to connect to the WebUI. If you are unsure of how to do this, please see the S631: Logging into the WebUI Guide.

Once in the WebUI interface of the S631, head to the Settings button in the top right corner of the page.

Once the Settings menu appears, ensure that your Current Datalink is selected as UHF

Next, scroll down until you see the UHF settings. This will include the Radio Channel, Radio Mode and FEC. Select the Advanced UHF Settings option.

You will be prompted for a password. Select Ok once entered.

Password: ZmEh2y

Once entered, you will be able to change the Frequency (MHz), Channel Spacing (kHz), and Power Output. Ensure your frequency is a multiple of the channel spacing. The frequency and channel spacing must match between the base and rover in order to enable connection.

Once you are satisfied with your edits, select Save
